Our yielding investment offers are not just for investment funds, but also for individuals as well.
The yield obtained from renting out commercial properties can be as high as 7 to 9%, and usually higher comparing to apartments. Beyond the yield coming from the rental fees, one can assume to achieve capital appreciation, as well, since the present yields in Hungary are far higher than the EU 25 average, having the same country risks and same Euro based liquidation. The rental fees in Hungary seem to have large growing potencial, as they are lower in comparison to the regional average yield.
